10CB300 model Drum type pneumatic actuated clutch 

10CB300 model Drum type pneumatic actuated clutch is driven by air pressure, can be used as a clutch or brake. After supplying air pressure, lining and drum compressed, when drum rotated together and transmit torque, it used as a clutch; when drum is fixed, it used as a brake, it depends on actual need.

SH-10 model pneumatic drum type brake operation precaution:
■ In case of change an Element with RD Coupling or casting Drum to repair, mind if the friction surface is normal status as below mentioned figure no. ①
■ If the friction surface is out of balance as the below mentioned figures no.②,③,④, the Clutch or Brake will not get a torque enough. It can be a cause of overheating or fire from slipping the linings. Therefore, we recommend that a RD Coupling or casting Drum should be changed when an Element has been changed.
■ To repair if you change only one part between Element or Drum without any inspection or confirmation of us, we can not guarantee for the damages.
■ When a clutch is assembled, mind to set the minimum tolerance 0.5-1mm of Right, Left and Top, Bottom between Element’s linings and Drum.
