BDCV model Air multi-disc clutch description:
BDCV model Air multi-disc clutch engagement by air pressure, no slippage, connecting stable. Integrated structure can transmit high torque in compact size, it is suitable for high-speed engagement and rotating. BDCV model Air multi-disc clutch is widely applied in automatic industry, packing and printing machinery, rubber tire machinery, engineering vehicle, sanitation vehicle modification plant and etc. BDCV model clutch is the update of BDC clutch, for sanitation vehicle using special inner structure. Clutch started after driven motor (end) linked with driving motor by air pressure, make sure driven motor load start and stop, simplify operation, reduce impact to driven motor(end) and improve driven motor (end) stability and prolong driven motor’s service life.

BDCV model air multi-disc clutch working theory:
After supplying air pressure, piston pushes driving plate to slide along the direction of the axis, group steel discs compressed group copper-based friction plates to come into an integrated structure, clutch linked. Group steel discs and group copper-based friction plates are separated by separate springs after exhausting air pressure, clutch released.

7. Metal friction, in case of friction plate temperature is too high, it can’t engagement frequently, so there is a requirement for engagement frequency.
