HACB Air shaft clutch and brake unit DSDP
HACB/DSDP model pneumatic shaft clutch and brake unit response is fast, it is suitable for clutch and braking, replacement lining keeping complete structure.

Air shaft clutch and brake unit HACB/DSDP model

HACB model pneumatic shaft clutch and brake unit response is fast, it is suitable for clutch and braking, replacement lining keeping complete structure. Available shaft diameter is 20-110mm, when air pressure is 0.4Mpa, torque is 100-4000N.m. Clutch and brake are driven through air pressure for independent working, when air pressure exhausted, clutch and brake released by return springs. Power input via driving disc, and output via shaft. Our HACB model pneumatic clutch and brake unit can well replaced ASAHI DSDP model completely.

Flange and torque stop rod will prevent air chamber from connecting rotating. After supplying air pressure, clutch disc friction plate move towards to and compressed friction plate in axial movement, then brake piston with friction plate compressed brake disc.

Pneumatic shaft clutch and brake unit

HACB/DSDP model air brake&clutch unit working theory:
Brake and clutch are controlled independently, after exhausting air pressure, released by return springs. Power input via driving disc, and output via shaft. Flange and torque stop rod will prevent air chamber from connecting rotation. HACB has three kinds of working status:

1. Link status
Supply air pressure to clutch, clutch linked. Exhaust brake air supply, brake released, power input via driving disc, and output via shaft.
2. Brake status
Supply air pressure to clutch and brake, clutch linked and brake braked, so as to brake load end or prevent load end from rotating.
3. Idle status
Exhaust clutch and brake air pressure, clutch and brake released, shaft and load end run against resistance by inertia until stop.
